04 EL remote entry.

I have a 2004 EL premium and when I hit the lock button on the remote twice, it does not chirp or beep. Anyone have any idea if this is a feature that can be turned on and off? if so, how do you turn it back on?

Hi and welcome to the forums!!:)

Sorry I didn't get out here sooner to try and help.

Here's what you need to do.

Get your remote and hold the lock and unlock button at the same time untill the light on the remote flashes twice.This should activate your horn to beep.

To shut it off just do the same thing and the light will flash once.
