Swapping From Automatic to 5 speed

Aloha ,
New to site: I have 2 1990 integras 1 is 4dr the other 2dr
The 4 dr is complete and 5 speed but the body sux
2dr body is 90% and auto but it has no motor or tyans
How hard or what will it take to convert 2dr to 5speed with parts off the 4dr also 2dr has ABS 4dr doesnt will that effect anything any help would be appreciated

I think the situation is that you introduced a difficult problem and perhaps our usually helpful techs lack experience in this area. What information did you receive from others you contacted about the conversion?
