Hey all,

I still have my 2001 1.7 EL in mint condition, but the handling on the front end just is poor.
1. Sure they replaced 4 sets of struts because they kept failing due to the COLD winter weather in Winnipeg, CANADA (imagine -50°C with wind-chill).
2. The control arm bushings & stabilizer bushings replaced as part of the extended warranty.:icon4a:
3. The new tires (Michelin Pilot® Exalto® A/S) made an improvement in the overall handling, but the front end just is mushy.:icon24:

End result is my handling is horrid.

:icon15: I love my car & know it could perform much better!!!

:wrench: Comments welcome!

P.S.

The combustion hasn't been too hot either.
Fouled Denso plugs (air filter clean always & ALL the basics, etc)

I don't know about for the EL, but for my NSX there are several anti-sway bars of varying thickness that are easy to put on and make a noticeable difference in the already excellent NSX handling.

Is there anything on the market like this for the EL?

Did they just replace the struts with stock again?

Like Mike said put an anti sway bar as well as a strut bar and maybe some performance struts and springs?
