Anyone like to run Drivers Eds and track events?

I absolutely LOVE being on the track. I've taken several driver's education seminars and have done about 6 track days. It is SOO much fun. Anyone have any track time?

I'm guilty.

About 20 years worth. Once kids came, I dropped the serious competition aspect and for about the last 10 years have instructed. I have 6 more track days this year.

It's addictive.

I've been on 2 different track days with my 95 Legend coupe :eek:

Passed a C5 vette on the first one, and passed a couple NSX's on the second. Nothing like passing a sports car in a luxury coupe to rustle some tail feathers! :D

BTW - none of those guys had any business being on a track to begin with.......but I still passed 'em! :cool:


Most of you guys are in/around Atlanta right? We're having our National Legend Meet in Chattanooga next year...any track days scheduled for July 4th weekend around there? Would be willing to head as far as ATL...

Well Roebling Road is one of my all time faves. Old style Road Atlanta was fantastic, the new style is much more difficult and much more unforgiving....aka concrete walls.
