Hiya and welcome to Acura Forum! Yes I am very interested in getting an iPhone. I am going to wait for all the little bugs and problems to work themselves out. But yeah I am getting one, probably in the spring. Especially when it becomes compatible with Verizon networks.

Personally. I've been with Sprint Nextel forever, and have had so many problems. Though any cell phone service is going to have its ups and downs. And with the iPhone out, it made me consider changing networks. Now before I get an iPhone and change networks personally. I would wait for several things to happen. The first being, it unlocked for all networks so I wasnt tied down to AT&T. Second, wait for a second edition iPhone with newer and better technology. Take for instance 3G Technology, overseas in Britain, there is soon to be announcement of the iPhone and for it to work in their network it has to be 3G compatible. Heck I would pick one up from overseas. And lastly, maybe more memory. Heck they have 30g and up for iPods, why not increase the memory. At the same time, I understand most of the iPhone users have ipods. Thats my rant lol and Im sticking with it.

Last week I played tennis against a guy - and yes, my partner and I won...but after the match we were discussing cars. He is a BMW driver /a nice guy anyway / and I gave him information about an upcomming mountain drive several of us are working on. At that point he took out his phone to enter some information and it was unbelievable! Now I am definitely a "low tech" person, so granted I can be easily impressed, but to me it was amazing. My oponent said he was in love with it and frankly thought it a bargain in terms of what it offered. Perhaps it is time for me to join the 2000's...Mike S.
