1992 vigor stalling starting problem

Has anyone had this problem on 1992 vigor when starting the car it runs as you turn key put stalls when you let the key go. I did get it started on about the 5 try then it did the same. Is this fuel or is electical anyone had this problem. Thankyou

I'm no expert, but it sounds like a bad started solenoid.

As Bill said it could be a starter problem.

From what you are explaining it sounds to me like it might be as simple as a worn out key.If it's not the key it may be the ignition switch itself which sits in the column behind the ignition key cylinder.
