October 3-6 is the date for the Petit Le Mans race at Road Atlanta. This is the 10th anniversary of the event and a super race weekend is anticipated. The track has been repaved and the facility spruced up in celebration. It is a tribute to motorsport what Don and Danny Panoz have accomplished at Road Atlanta.
The Audi team will be seeking its eight straight win. However there are strong challenges from the three Acura Prototypes and seven Porsche RS Spyders.
If you are a fan of racing and any where near Atlanta this is a Petit Le Mans not ot be missed!
