Monday of this week an Atlanta area motorcyclist was arrested for riding his cycle 135 MPH during a police chase. The rider was charged with felony attempt to elude police, two counts of speeding (he had stopped at one point but sped away as soon as the officer got out to make the arrest), and other violations.
All of this was while carrying a passenger! The female companion was not arrested, but given a ride to a nearby gas station where a friend picked her up.
The bike was a Suzuki GSXR600. I guess for a while it will be "Solo Suzuki".
There is a fine line between being foolharty and just being a fool. This fellow crossed the line...doing about 135 MPH!
