Is a pardon in Jim morrison's future...that is if there is any future for a rock star who has been dead for so long?

Florida Govenor Charlis Crist is considering it.

P.S. - I was once 6' away from Jim Morrison. Of course he was in the cemetary in Paris at the time. Also, one of my friends was a fairly successful rocker himself in his youth and once opened for the Doors. He said that Morrison, in a drug induced stupor, kicked in his amp. He doesn't sound like a nice fellow to me.

The Doors' Jim Morrison will get a posthumous pardon today for an indecent exposure convicetion in Florida that resulted when the late singer pulled what a mandmate called "a mind trip on the audience, and they totaly fell for it." The band member said it never happened and that it was mass hypnosis.

Gov. Crist pushed the pardon throughthe state's Board of Executive Clemency.

Morrison was appealing the convicetion when he was found dead in a Paris bathtub in 1971. The announcement came a day after the singer would have turned 67. (Can you even imagine what 'ol Jimbo would be like at 67???).

I guess Jim can rest easy in Paris now.
