While visiting a local Acrua dealer last week I noticed that on several new cars in the showroom included with the pinstripping there was a small Acura logo every few feet. I admit that I don't know much about pinstripping but did not realize that Acrua does this.
Anyone else notice it?

Interesting.I have never seen this right from Acura but have known local pin striping companies to do something like this.
Not something I would put on my car but maybe eye catching in a showroom to attract customers.

Here is a photo of the Acura pinstriping with the Acura logo in a couple of discrete spots. I think it sets it off from the rest of the crowd.
The nice sales person at the dealer where I took the shot said that the company who does this for them can do other things as well, like include "RL" in it...if the vehicle happens to be an RL.
What do other forum members think? Do you like it or is it too much?

To me, pinstripping is like wall paper - kinda outdated in general - although some people still like it. My legend has this gold pinstripe that to me, takes aways from the overall look and it doesnt go with the chrome emblems and such. Dont really feel it much.

The gentleman from the dealer - who is a forum member by the way - said that if the customer does not like it, the pinstripping can be easily removed without harming the finish in any way.
I kind of though it looked distinctive.

You know, I am a little biased against it because I've have this stupid gold pinstripe on my Legend and it doesnt go with the chrome trim AND it takes aways from the sportiness the legends were about I think. I will conceded that it does have a luxury feel to it, but I am just not that into it anymore.

I'm just not feeling the pinstriping...
The last time I saw pinstriping I liked was on my Dad's AMC Javelin.. then again I was only 5 yrs old back then...
Just seems to make the car look dated...IMO..
