I was re-reading an old issue of Car Magazine - August 1997. Car is a British publication and gives us here in the U.S. a better understanding of cars sold in the U.K., but not here.
This is a review of the '97 Honda NSX (obviously Honda in the U.K. vs. Acura in the U.S.). It's a very favorable article with the only real complaint being the color offerings - yes, that's pretty petty I must admit.
It received 5 stars - the highest rating!
One point I fully agreed then as restate now - "The NSX deserves to sell more. But what it really needs is enthusiastic backing from its maker." I feel that had Honda done more to promote the NSX and had quicker developed a replacement it would have sold better and possibly still be in production.
A good article none-the-less.
