I have had XM radio in my NSX's for several years and in the last two of them Best Buy mounted them as shown in this photo. It is fine and out of the way for any passenger, reception is good and the ergonomics of changing stations not to difficult, so I guess you could say I am O.K. with it. However, I was wondering if any forum members have suggestions for a better placement.

Incidentally, several years ago at one of the Formula One events at Indianapolis - I think it was the first year, 2000 - XM had a large display advertising their service. I briefly looked at it and thought -yea sure, like anyone is going to pay for radio service. Boy was I wrong and am now a contented listener.

At the same event there was another larger display for the Segway, , including a riding area for participants. It was fun to "drive" it, but the standin up all of the time could get old in a hurry.

Mike,

I saw the device at the Flashback show in your NSX and was wondering what it was. I assumed a GPS device, but I see now I was wrong.

I like the mounting...easy to remove but still accessible. That being said, I know that we've both seen NSX's which have ultra-modern electronics but they always require heavily modding the center console (which I have an aversion to doing),
