Acura 07 TL flip key mod

Does anyone know how I can get an 07 flip key machined for my 04 TL?

Having the key cut to your car is no problem.The hard part is programming it so it works.

I'm pretty sure a few people have tried this without success.It has to do with different generation immobilizers that are not compatible.

We were acutally talking about this today! Its doable, but whenever you go to unlock the car the alarm will go off.. I'm actually researching (trial/error) on this mod here personally with some of our demo cars.

minor update, we've found that if we update the security system control unit it'll work somewhat.. but its still sort of glitchy -- havent forgot about you guys! happy modding!

Hopefully you can get all the bugs out.This is a great mod and I know a lot of people that would jump on it if it worked correctly without any glitches.

I hope we can get all the bugs out as well, but sometimes they just dont work lol

All a matter of time, but were trying our hardest to figure it out, once we do.. I'll post up how we did it.

I know of another person trying to add this Mod to their 2006 civic!

I tried to tell him but he wants to give it a shot.I will also keep you posted with his results!
