The folks at MIT's SENSE City Laboratory in conjunction with others have developed a system that uses computer controled nozzles to shape water walls into endless scrolling words and patterns. The logos, words and images form and reform making a very "cool" water wall.
The digital waterfall was voted "Time" magazine's Best Invention of the Year in the area of architecture and is truly amazing. It can be seen at www.digitalwaterpavilion.com and go to "waterwall".

P.S. - Long ago there was a singer / comedian named Joe E. Lewis who was known to be quite a drinker. Once when ordering a bourbon the bartender asked if he wanted water with it. Joe E. replied "no, I'm thirsty not dirty!"
