There are too many different Acura Models to fit within the poll guidelines but I thought it would be neat to see what the AcuraForum members drive.

Post in here and let us know what model Acura you currently drive.Don't drive an Acura? Please feel free to tell us about your current ride and maybe what will be your first or next Acura.:)

Some of you may have more then one Acura or other vehicles so you do have the option to pick more then one option.

Please specify in your post!

For now, my first car is the 1999 Mustang GT. Chrome yellow, 5-speed, black leather interior, 2003 Chrome Cobra wheels, 2003 Cobra spoiler, Mach 1 Chin spoiler, SPEC Stage II Clutch, BBK 1.5" Lowering springs, FRPP 4.10 gears, MGW Short throw shifter, K&N filter w/o silencer, Pypes X-pipe, flowmaster 40 series mufflers, Magnaflow 3.5" slash cut tips, 260rwhp.

It's a great car to drive, but it gulp gasoline. I may be selling it soon, and I've been looking to get an RSX Type-S, or a new TL.

As far as an Acura, I just bought a 91 Integra 2 door with a JDM B16 VTEC engine. It's track bound and then will likely become a heart donor for my CRX.

I also own an 89 Integra but it's a completely parted hulk at this point. Another victim of my racing habbit and the interchangability of parts between Honda company products.

well, as for imports, My daily driver is a 1999 Subaru Legacy GT AWD
right now it is down, I am suspecting it just got a blown head gasket and don't want to keep on driving it until I fix it, many of my current projects stop me from working on it now.

so for the time being my daily driver is a 1994 Cadillac sedan DeVille.
the 87 Mustang with the Modular conversion has been driven a total of 7 times to and from word for a total of around 1000 miles, right now I am painting it myself so it also is down but once painted I will continue to drive it.

In my future I see me buying an older Integra or a second Subaru.

or making another conversion, a subaru Boxer engine into an older Porsche or VW.
If you do a search on the net about subaru engines into Porsches, you'll be amazed.

I am driving my 3rd Honda. I had a 1988 CRX, 1992 Prelude and now a 2006 V6 Accord. I bought my wife a 2006 Acura RL for her birthday. We are starting to change our thinking on cars.

We are going to stop leasing them all together and buy a good Acura and drive it for at leat 10 years. Time to start thinking smart, that leads to me getting either the new TL in 2009 or the new 2009 TSX. Will have to drive both and see which one I want for 10 years.

Thanks! It's becoming a popular platform for the ex-civic/teg tuners so hopefully we'll see some really fun aftermarket stuff coming out soon!

Since "other" is voted on a bit, I will be the first (I think) to mention I have no Acura....yet. I am hoping to get an NSX eventually.

I drive a p.o.s. chevy everyday that I am not driving my 73 Datsun 240Z, my 87 Maserati Biturbo or 91 Lotus Esprit SE.

The poll of what members drive is interesting even though I realize that the results are skewed due to several factors. Among these are the level of interest seen so far in the forum. By that I mean that more Legend owners appear to participate than drivers of other models. Also, some models are grouped together, i.e., CSX/EL, to provide a larger base to reply. Although there are fewer NSX's in production that is making a relatively strong showing due to forum involvement by NSX'ers. And lastly the number of respondendents needs to increase for a more representative display - we need more numbers to get numbers.

Hopefully more forum members will participate as it is interesting to view.

I've just learned that you want a new car. Why don't you try the Acura CL? It was considered to be one of the Acura's finest vehicles of its balance of luxury and sports. The Acura CL radiator (http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/shop_parts/radiator/acura/cl.html) is about 4cyl; 2.2L; 132c.1., and has a plastic tank and aluminum core.

I Got this 2008 Acura CL which offers two versions - the 225-horsepower CL and the 260-horsepower 2008 Acura CL Type-S. 2008 Acura CL performance under the hood: the engines in both models of the offer performance and environmental benefits of Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control, earning both cars that all important status as Low-Emission Vehicle. The Acura CL Oil Filters (http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/shop_parts/oil_filter/acura/cl.html) is premium O/E replacement oil filters for most vehicles, a high flow rate, has outstanding oil filtration and heavy duty construction. The safety ventilated front disc/solid rear disc, brakes 4-wheel and abstraction control front side-mounted airbags.

Are you sure that's a CL you're talking about? To the best of my knowledge, the CL was discontinued several years ago when the lastest generation of the TL came out. It would be neat to see a 2-door CL though, especially a Type-S.
