My 2001 MDX has served me well over the last 7 years. As the original owner, I have clocked over 115,000 miles with the benefit of having the local Acura Dealer take care of the regular maintenance such that it became a no brainer that I would purchase another MDX recently. The only real major issue that I had was a transmission problem at around 110,000 miles which Acura did take care of under warranty even though I had no warranty left! What support by the manufacturer and the local dealership!
I purchased another MDX recently from an individual who had only 13,000 miles on her 2005 MDX and I love it just as much and was very fortunate to find one with such few miles for that year model. I will probably put over a 100,000 miles on this one and am sure that it will perform just as good.
I am sold on the Acura product and certainly recommend it to anyone who needs and wants reliability, style and longevity in a comfortable daily driver.
